Changing My Mind...

This week I have been reading the articles related to setting goals in SRL. There are lots of ideas that are flooding my mind at this time...what should my goal be, how will I get there, what is the best way to set it up to maximize the outcomes. I have started to put all of my swirling questions into a electronic realtime board (emerging tech. tool that I'm taking for a test drive) which will allow me to add to it whenever something pops into my thoughts. I am also doing a lot of switch-tasking these days by moving between PME 800 and 801. This is actually a good thing to do as it models what it is like for our learners to be able to switch sets between subjects in school. The problem I'm finding right now is that the

more I think about possible goals, the more I change my mind or other possibilities emerge. This is great- it gives me new chances to re-think my trajectory as i move towards something. This is messy and that is the way that learning should be!
